We’re Justin and Brooke — a husband-and-wife team behind The Goodness Well, learning to live healthier, simpler, and more intentional lives.
In a world full of conflicting information and overwhelming choices, we’re here to help make things clearer. Through practical guides, research-backed insights, and real-life experience, we share approachable ways to create a healthier home and live more mindfully — without perfection or fear.
Our focus is on non-toxic living, sustainability, and thoughtful habits that support long-term well-being for people and the planet.
Our Why
Through years of work in healthcare and health education, Justin saw firsthand how lifestyle, environment, and daily choices shape long-term health outcomes.
Alongside Brooke, we began making small, intentional changes — from the products we brought into our home to how we prepared our food and cared for our space. Not because we wanted to live “perfectly,” but because we wanted to live more intentionally.
Today, The Goodness Well exists to share what we’re learning — helping others make informed, grounded choices that align with their values and support a healthier life at home.
