Most Affordable

West Elm

The most affordable option on the list!

It doesn’t seem that they compromise on their quality at their low prices either.

Their affordable non-toxic dressers are Greenguard-gold certified and made with FSC certified in a Fair-Trade facility. Not bad I’ll say!

Their reviews even back up their quality and durability.

We don’t love all the other toxic furniture they sell, but we respect how high quality their non-toxic furniture is.

*Be aware not all of their dressers are non-toxic. Look for the label “greenguard” above the price of the dresser when you are scrolling their site.

bEST FOR Nursery

Green Cradle

Green Cradle was our top choice in our other article for nursery furniture, and it’s back in this article for the same reasons.

Their non toxic nursery dressers are made here in the USA from locally sourced solid wood, free from harmful chemicals, and perfect for any children’s room.

What we don’t like is the price tag. A little overpriced to me but to be fair their dressers really are top-notch quality.

Another thing to note is some reviews have talked of slow delivery times and not the greatest customer service.

One thing everyone did agree on was that the quality really is what they say it is.

Product Highlights:

  • Price Range: $2,995- 4,995
  • Finish: Non-toxic, VOC-free plant-based oil finish. Option to choose between unfinished or oil-finished surfaces (oil-finished costs a little more).
  • Material: 100% solid wood construction. Available in Brown Maple, Red Oak, Hard Maple, Cherry, and Walnut.
  • Sustainability: Crafted from locally sourced, sustainably grown trees.
  • Safety: Comes with anti-tip safety restraints. Free from plywood, MDF, veneers, composite wood, and harmful chemicals.
  • Made in USA: Made in the USA.
  • Downside: Pricey with possible slow delivery times and customer service.

If you’re looking for a large, 4-drawer non-toxic, eco friendly dresser, Medley Home has you covered.

This dresser comes in maple or walnut and at 26.5″ tall and 70″ inches wide, it should fit all you’ve got!

They do only offer this one dresser but also have options for nightstands and media centers.

Be sure to look for the dressers marked with the FSC and UL Greenguard Gold labels. You will see the labels below the price of the dresser as you scroll through their options.

We wished they made these products in the USA or were at least Fair Trade certified, but we do love their use of sustainable packaging and diverse leadership.

  • Finish: Has a diverse range of finishes, often with eco friendly water-based inks.
